Hawaii International Child (HIC), the agency processing our Home Study, received our application and we have made our appointments to meet with the Social Worker.
We are required to meet with the Social Worker two times: once at the HIC office (August 23) and the second meeting will be in our home (August 25). In the meantime, we are filling out paper work for background information, getting finger prints and taking care of other official business. Also, we are going to be working on our parent profile book over the next month or so. If you think of it, please pray that we would have the right words to write to our birthmother/birthparents.

got the dates on the calendar and will pray. every time i think about this for more than 60 seconds, my head almost explodes with happiness. i’m going to go think about something else now.
